Relax Tours started operating in a small office in Sarajevo. We were the first private travel agency in Bosnia and Herzegovina and we came up with a brand new service concept: a complete package deal with accommodation, plane ticket, transfers, etc. – with only one reservation. It was the beginning of a new era, an era where long journeys became accessible to ordinary people.

The awards and accolades we have received throughout these years are just a testament to our hard work and dedication. To name just a few of the honors and awards: Travel Oscar (2002), Manager of the Year (2008), BEST BUY – Best Value for Money Awarded by ICERTIAS – International Certification Association, Zurich, Switzerland. We are a member of IATA (International Air Transport Association Nr: 74 3 20 18 6). We use the global reservation system Amadeus and our employees speak English, German, Italian and Swedish. Relax Tours, as the leading travel agency in BiH, has special contracts with leading companies and institutions such as: TUI Group, Regent, Central School of English, EC and Study Group.
